As I hold Genesis he lays on my chest, his head taking up most of my breast and feet dangling close to my knees, I realize my baby is not so baby anymore. I didn’t realize I hadn’t held him like this in a while. When I got pregnant he was too big to lay on my big belly and I realizing how much I missed holding my baby like this. He deserved this; this one on one bonding, feeling time, and he had it up until my last trimester. I know he’s getting older and he’s supposed to be getting more independent the older he gets but I think it’s unfair that his babying time got cut off by his little brother. He deserves to be ran to his every cry, desire, and want and I can’t do that right now so excuse me while I morn that my baby is growing up and not the baby anymore. I was suppose to post a picture everyday for him until his birthday this month but busy I’ve been. I just don’t ever want my first baby to ever feel like I’m too busy for him. 😫🫶🏽
