About last weekend ✨ Music Meditation + Energy Alignment Event ❤️

Teresa and I have been talking about hosting this event for well over a year but God said enough talking about it it’s time to be about it.

It was divinely guided from the start - to the date and space already being booked all the way down to the people who showed up. And boy was is magic.

It was a small intimate group of only women. Everyone shared their voice in the circle infusing the healing powers of the container in partnership with God.

There was laughter and a lot tears. Releasing what the body no longer wanted to hold on to. Spirit came in full force with this group and it was an absolute honor to bare witness - just in time for the Aquarius Full Moon 🌕

2024 is all about building Nervous System Regulation and Resilience! Fight/Flight & Rest/Digest aka Central Nervous System activation, is a normal part of being human. It’s our body’s way of keeping us safe and there is no way to avoid it because it’s a good thing!

However, problems arise when we get stuck in a state of activation and our body is unable to regulate itself by coming back to a state of neutrality (non activation). This can cause all kinds of issues, most commonly hormonal since our nervous system tells our brain when to and when not to release certain hormones 🤯
