It’s Pain Butter Season!! I’m using this Virgo New Moon to make amazing, healing medicine.

Whole plant medicine. I don’t even grind up the herb. I don’t decarb it aside from the slow setting in the crockpots.

Yesterday I was printing out a few workbooks for a teen client + found myself loving the simplified version of the material.

I’m well practiced at over complicating most things. And honestly, I stick with the simplified versions of information better.

Years ago when I read Deepaks The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, I read the for children version to better support my kiddos at the time, but honestly, I found myself using it for repatriating work.

Over the years most everything I’ve read to be a more conscious parent was a tool I ended up using to re.parent my own younger self.

I love using child + teen tools in inner child + re.parenting work.

If you’re someone who has imagined a deepened relationship with your younger self, it might feel supportive to incorporate a few options distilled down to the basics like we might use in child play therapy or for teens.

The truth is, most of us weren’t parented; we were exploited, managed + tolerated. And most of us endured a lot of abuse + trauma while we had no agency or personal power.

Softly connecting with our younger selves in a compassionate way can be very gently supported with using tools built for teens. I hope you’ll try it if you have been wanting to reconnect with that younger you. 🥰
