Why do lash artists say “don’t drink coffee prior to your appointment”? ☕️🤎

Drinking caffeine before your appointment ~can~ cause your eyelids to be shaky during your appointment, which then can cause your lash tech difficulties while isolating. I have been lashing for 8 years and have only had ONE client who had the caffeine lash jitters haha! You know your body best and if you don’t get the jitters I say you’re totally fine lol!
