Cooking up something 💕🤗

12/10/2025

Feeding my body with intention. 🌿✨
Lentils, greens, roasted veggies, oil + vinegar — simple, clean, nourishing.
I’m choosing foods that support my glow, my healing, and my discipline.

This journey isn’t just about weight loss…
It’s about becoming the woman who honors her body, her energy, and her future.
Soft. Focused. Consistent.
A woman that God can trust to steward her health well.

Every meal is a promise to myself.
Every choice is a step deeper into the woman I’m becoming.
Here’s to glowing from the inside out. 💚

37 years old. 205 lbs.
This is my starting point… but it’s not my ending place.

I’m choosing to heal my body, my mind, and my emotions through a full cellular detox. Not just for weight loss — but for clarity, discipline, peace, and the woman I know God is calling me to become.

This season is personal.
This healing is intentional.
And this journey is sacred.

I’m becoming HER — slowly, gracefully, and with God guiding every step. 💜✨

If you’re on your own journey of starting over, healing, or finding yourself again… you’re not alone.
Let’s grow together.

One of the hardest things for me and following my plan to heal from the inside out, changing what I eat.

Going from eating what I want, drinking what I want, and not having a set plan, schedule, calorie count, or workout plan in place. And because of that it cause me to be come in-healthy, over weight, and sickness.

But I’m determined now, is it easy? Absolutely not! Everyday I fail and everyday I get back up and try again.

Before I worked out today I made my GLOW UP PRE-WORKOUT DRINK 🥤

People don’t talk enough about how hard it is to stay consistent and motivated — especially when you feel like you don’t have the time, the money, the help, or the resources.

But one thing I’ve learned is this: God will always make a way. 🙏🏽

If we’re truly desperate for change, if we really want better health, we’ll find a way to make it happen. Even when we’re tired. Even when it feels impossible. Because wishing, hoping, and talking about it isn’t what brings results — action does.

Get up. Move your body. Track your meals. Stay disciplined.
You might not see results overnight, but stay consistent and you will start to see change. 💪🏽

You don’t need a personal trainer (though if you can afford one, go for it). There are free ways to move, learn, and grow stronger — you just have to start where you are with what you have.

Keep going. Don’t stop.
God rewards consistency, effort, and faith. đź’ś

Genesis 20 reminded me of something powerful tonight. When Abraham told King Abimelech that Sarah was his sister, the king took her, not knowing she was Abraham’s wife. But God stepped in. He gave Abimelech a dream and said, “You are a dead man if you touch her.”

Even though Abraham was wrong to hide the truth, God still protected the covenant He established. That hit me deep because when you’re walking with God, He will defend what’s His. You don’t have to fight, argue, or prove anything. God will handle it.

This chapter also shows how seriously God takes marriage. When Abimelech unknowingly took another man’s wife, every womb in his household was closed no one could bear children. That’s how real the spiritual consequences were.

So the reminder tonight is this:
✨ When you touch what belongs to someone else, your blessings can dry up.
✨ When you trust God through betrayal or confusion, He will vindicate you.
✨ And when you stay aligned with Him, no one can take what’s meant for you.

God will always protect covenant, purity, and purpose. He did it for Abraham and He’ll do it for you too. 💜

Scripture: Genesis 20
Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my defender. Help me walk in integrity and trust that You will protect what’s Yours. In Jesus’ name, amen. 🙏🏽
