3 week body contouring results are in! ✨ My best advice to my clients: Be patient & be consistent with both your follow up sessions and aftercare. It absolutely works if you do your part and allow your body to gradually shed fat. Remember, one week in the gym won’t give you instant results. But consistency over the course of a month you will most definitely see your progress. Always keep in mind losing centimeters around the waist line won’t initially be noticeable to the human eye; especially if you’re looking at yourself daily. Yes, Brazilian waxes are both vacation and wedding prep essentials, however, be sure to time your appointments properly based on the aftercare. The MAJOR aftercare rules that everyone hates. 😆

1) NO S*X for 24 hours
2) No pools or hot tubs for 48 hrs
3) And of course exfoliate after 72 hrs

Timing matter for best results and minimal ingrowns.

AZ’s pool season is back and the demand for body contouring has gone up! I also have some exciting news for anyone booking appointments!

• Beginning April all body contouring sessions Will be extended to 2 full hours meaning one session will give you the results of 2 sessions for a small upcharge.

Beauty Tip of The Day: Less is More. Sometimes it’s not a brow tint or makeup we need, but a simple brow lamination! Lifting and over directing your hair creates the illusion of fuller brows without the daily and time consuming hassle of makeup. Do you ever tell your clients/friends “NO” or “Not right now?” I do! 🙋🏾‍♀️

Having an honest consultation with realistic expectations is so important in the beauty industry.

My beautiful friend came in wanting a brow lamination just days before a vacation. So this is what I told her and what I explain to all of my clients.

DO NOT experiment with a new beauty service right before a vacation, photos, weddings, birthdays or major events because itf you’re uncertain with how you feel about a different look, you will more than likely hate it AND me 🤣 Try new services a few weeks in advance to see if you truly love it and it works for you.

Also, if you are traveling somewhere that is humid or you will be submerged in water, brow lamination is not ideal for you. I always recommend avoiding makeup, touching your brows or getting them wet for at least 48hrs to allow them to properly set.

We decided to go with a brow wax and tint in the meansince she already has such naturally beautiful and full brows. And she looks stunning.

Always plan new beauty services in advance for best results.
