I’m a Licensed Registered Nurse, aesthetician, and laser-certified injector with over 14 years in the aesthetics industry — and I still truly love what I do. As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, I specialize in Botox, filler, ADVATx laser, micro and nanoneedling, regenerative skin boosters, and all things collagen-building and glow-enhancing.

At RESTORE by TXT, my approach is all about natural, regenerative, long-lasting results. I focus heavily on PDRN + PDGF microneedling, PRP/PRF, advanced laser therapy, and customized facial protocols to restore skin health from the inside out. I’m obsessed with subtle enhancement, inflammation reduction, and giving you results that look refreshed — never overdone.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve grown TXT into a multi-room wellness collective where estheticians, injectors, massage therapists, and holistic providers come together to create a safe, empowering, inclusive space for our community. TXT isn’t just a building — it’s an experience. My mission is simple: support the overwhelmed, uplift the overworked, and help every person who walks in leave feeling restored, confident, and cared for.

I’m a pink-loving girly through and through! I love SkinBette, coffee, my new hubby Christian and my two boxer babies Benjamin and Birdie 🐶🐶 We are also excited to welcome our first child in June of 2026!

Josh Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Blooming Agave Wellness. Josh strives to create a nurturing space to help clients explore how their past experiences may have contributed to who they are today and how they want to be in the future. Every interaction is viewed through a cultural framework and Josh is passionate about helping people explore their various identities. Josh’s approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, focusing on creating a safe and empathetic space where thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be explored.

Meet Josh!

Josh has a degree in Biomedical Science from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Arizona State University. He is trained in EMDR for the treatment of trauma and other disorders. He has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and occasionally instructs yoga classes.

Specialties include mood disorders, stress management, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, and career counseling.

Outside of his professional life, he enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, traveling, socializing with friends, trying new restaurants, and being around family and his two cats. These interests often enrich his therapeutic approach and help him stay connected to the holistic nature of well-being

Meet Shaly Vassigh, Licensed Esthetician, Holistic Health Counselor!

With over 20 years of experience in holistic health, Shaly is dedicated to empowering individuals to look and feel their best using natural and organic products. She graduated from the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics served as Lead Holistic Skin Care Practitioner at Mandala Apothecary, where she was featured in Phoenix Magazine for providing the Best Organic Facials in Phoenix. She founded Inner Radiance Spa in 2008 to create a serene oasis dedicated to holistic beauty and well-being. From 2009 to 2024, Inner Radiance Spa was combined with Back-Health Chiropractic under the name of Back-Health & Inner Radiance Wellness.

In addition to owning and running Inner Radiance Spa, Shaly works as an esthetician at two world-renowned spas--The Spa at Global Ambassador Hotel and the Forbes 5-Star Phoenician Spa.

With over 15 years of meticulous 5-star training in addition to training in over 40 product lines and skin care technologies, Shaly offers clients a facial experience that is not only highly intentional but also exceptionally luxurious. Her treatments blend advanced facial techniques with sculpting and soothing massage, creating a rejuvenating experience that revitalizes both body and spirit.

Shaly received holistic health training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2003. She was also trained as a life coach at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and has a B.S. in Psychology with a background in Biology from her home state of Iowa. Her diverse background and her care and commitment to holistic health and natural skin care offers a exceptionally unique facial experience.
