Today is a glorious day!! Huge shout out to .lynn and for taking the stage and slaying their divisions respectively. You two show true dedication! You prove that when you put your mind to something, roll up your sleeves and get the job done you can achieve anything. Again congratulations two the both of you and it is a pleasure to have worked with you.

> If you want to be the best you can be, you can not neglect the presentation/posing side. If is just as important and the diet and training. You can look like a million bucks, but if you can't showcase it in the best possible way you are dead in the water.

There is nothing to add, this sums it up in a nutshell.

You are only restricted by the limits you set in front of yourself. Why do that to yourself when you have so much going for you.
We need to be reminded what it was like being a kid, when we fell it hurt and we possibly cried. But eventually we dusted are self off and kept on moving.

We need to bring back that same way of thinking again. If you fall, dust it off and keep trying. No limitations only dreams and possibilities.
