Record temperatures require extra hydration and extra smarts. Be smart if your workout is outdoors. Listen to your body and don't be afraid to change it up. Stay inside and create a quick circuit with push ups, planks, squats, lunges, jumping jacks, and burpees......no equipment necessary! Now go get started!
