Clean your washing machine by running a hot water cycle with 2 cups of white vinegar and 10 drops of Lemon, Purification, or Thieves essential oils. For the best results, wipe the door, gasket, and dispenser drawer with a 16-oz spray bottle containing 1.5 cups of water and 1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner.

Deep Cleaning the Drum: Prepare the mixture by adding 2 cups of baking soda directly to the empty drum.
Pour oils and vinegar: In a measuring cup, combine 2 cups of white vinegar with 10-15 drops of Young Living essential oils (Lemon, Purification, or Tea Tree). Pour this mixture into the detergent dispenser drawer. Run a hot cycle: Set your machine to its hottest water setting and longest wash cycle. Pause to soak (optional): If you have a top-loader, let it fill and agitate for a few minutes, then pause the cycle and let it sit for 1 to 2 hours before letting the cycle finish.

Cleaning Exterior and Components:
Wipe the gaskets and door: Mix a cleaning solution in a spray bottle using 1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner and 2 cups of warm water. Spray a microfiber cloth and wipe down the inside of the door, as well as all the folds of your front-loader's rubber door seal. Clean the dispenser: Remove the fabric softener and bleach trays, spray them generously with your Thieves mixture, and scrub off any mold or detergent gunk. Air dry: After finishing, leave the washer door open and the detergent drawer slightly pulled out so the machine can air dry completely.

How to Use
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil and apply to the desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a health care professional prior to use. Who else makes their own hand soap?! 🙋🏼🙋🏼 Not only is it more cost-effective and super simple to make, but it also eliminates harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and other ingredients that are toxic or carcinogenic. 🙌🏻 I used 1/4 cup Castle soap, 6 drops of each essential oil, and 1 cup of water. Feel free to add 2 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin if you have it; it makes it feel a little more "soapy", but it's not totally necessary and will work just as well without it!
