doTERRA Peppermint Touch is something I’m super excited about. It’s the perfect combination of essential oil and fractionated coconut oil. It has a minty fresh scent and can be used conveniently throughout the day to uplift mood and promote a sense of focus.

When things start to get tense, I apply it to the back of my neck, on my temples, and across my forehead. Instantly I feel a cooling sensation, that leaves me feeling revived and refreshed.

Here are a few other ways to use Peppermint Touch:

Rub on temples when working, studying, or waking up for a refreshing boost
Massage on the back of neck to relieve feelings of tension
Use with Lavender and Frankincense for a soothing massage
Apply before going outdoors to deter insects

What is the first thing you think of when you hear Black Spruce? My thoughts immediately go to pine needles, a woodsy atmosphere, or the great outdoors.

This wonderfully smelling oil promotes skin health and was historically used by the Native Americans for spiritual health and cleansing. Black Spruce is distilled from the needles and branches of the Picea Mariana tree.

Black Spruce has been known to provide soothing relief to the skin. It also supports relaxation and calming to your emotions. I like to use it when I feel anxious feelings creep in. It allows me to take a deep breath, connect to mother earth and get back to feelings of harmony and balance.

Here are two ways to use this oil:

Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in your diffuser
Topical Use: Apply 2-3 drops to desired area with your favorite carrier oil

I am in love with this outfit my grandma Deniece got me. Mom is obsessed with the bow haha. I had my first Valentine’s Day. It was so much fun getting kisses from everyone. I turn over to my tummy every time you take off diaper. It’s fun to turn diaper changes into a game. I enjoy our twice daily walks to daycare. Sometimes I nap, sometimes I cooo. Either way my favorite part is getting kisses from my sisters before they start their day. When we show up at night they are always so happy to see me and I feel the same way. We got to go celebrate a friends birthday and I loved meeting everyone. I loved all the attention I was getting from everyone!!! I love to chew on my chew toys, coo, and sing.
