Hi! Bethanie here! It's been a while since I've posted, and I hope all is well! :) I became pregnant with my daughter, had her last August and I've been caught-up in the life of mommy and wife.

The quarantine has been pretty rough for many people, but I hope you all are safely at home. My deletable Spring Meal Plans are up on pcosbalance.com, and I'm working on posting some, as well. I'm sure many of you are looking for new things to cook!
