I’m pretty sure this is the first photo I’ve posted of my work since March. The time I would normally spend taking photos of my work is now devoted deep sanitizing between clients. Y’all, this virus has been ROUGH on my industry. I’m beyond thankful for my thoughtful, patient, kind clients. Each and every one of you has made the “new normal” at the salon more bearable. And to the beauty in the photo...my special friend and “smartner,” , you make me smile so big every day under my mask. Thanks for taking this awesome selfie so I had something to post 😂💗. 💇♀️💆♀️💇♂️💇IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ💇💇♂️💆♀️💇♀️ As per Governor Ducey’s recent announcement to extend the Statewide stay-at-home order, we cannot reopen The Hive Salon until atleast 5/15, or until further instruction. I miss all of you more than you know, but we will get through this TOGETHER!! I am always around if anyone needs to talk. ❤️❤️❤️

We know how hard it is to not to be able to get your hair done. Trust us, we miss doing your hair!! The instant gratification of erasing that non pigmented hair, or giving you a blowout that lasts all week so that’s one less thing you have to think about or how relaxed you are after that scalp massage 💆🏻. We miss updating with all of you, hearing about your life & your successes, even being a listening ear 👂 when things aren’t going great.
We ❤️ that you choose & trust us so we are asking you during this time of uncertainty... PLEASE don’t color your hair at home 🏡. It’s not that we don’t want you to look amazing- we do!! Hair color from the supermarket has up to 16% more ammonia than professional brands - wow that’s A LOT! The color in the box is formulated for one size fits all & as you all know we cocktail 2,3 sometimes 4 colors to create your perfectly personalized formula.
Color corrections are $$$$ & can be avoided by saying no to box dye 😉. While this seems like a lifetime of being separated from all of you, hopefully, we will be back in action sooner than later! Stay healthy, stay strong & let your roots come through! .

*FRIENDS AND CLIENTS*
After moping around for a few days, I’ve decided to make the most out of my time away from the salon. My industry needs help in a major way right now. I’m not asking for money, just a signature and possibly a share.
I am working diligently to get financial relief for beauty industry professionals in need. We need federal relief too!
I have reached out to over a dozen professional beauty brands asking for help as well. Hairdressers played a HUGE role in these companies becoming the mega corporations they are today.
