This is called full blanket cupping with silicone professional cups. I strategically place the cups on your back in a pattern designed to help release tissues that are bound together, causing limited range of motion and often times pain. The cups can sit from 5 to 20 minutes. Once all the cups are on the back, I encourage you to take really deep breaths stretching out your rib cage and diaphragm.
