Ladies if you need something to get your fire going in the am..A eight now kinda pick me up try Earl Grey and Ginger between the two you'll be ready to start your day. Remember Earl Grey has caffeine so if your sensitive to Earl Grey remember that Raspberry leaf I spoke about? Well that and Ginger will work wonderfully together as well!!

The chucky heel is in....Which is great for people like myself that just can't diy a stiletto any longer..However..I haven't given up on them I just need to practice a little more. What about you ladies can you do the stiletto or do you prefer wedges or a chunky heel?
