I have been looking for ways to give back to my community so I have decide to introduce Community Craniosacral Therapy Clinic days!!

How it works:

I will have 3 open spots on the LAST Wednesday of every month starting THIS SEPTEMBER!

Sessions will run approximately an hour in length at a reduced cost of $25.00 which must paid at the time of booking.

TO QUALIFY for sessions you must currently be pregnant, postpartum, or a baby between 0-6 months old ☺️

It's that time of year again! The kids going back to school. Cool, crisp air. Pumpkin..., well EVERYTHING! Also, the opportunity for me to add additional hours to my service schedule. This time can be a hectic one for many~ times of change always can. Don't forget about your health and wellbeing!

Hello there! Thanks for stopping by ☺️ My name is Kate. I'm the owner & therapist at Heaven Sent Childbearing & Healing Arts. I thought it was about time that I take a minute to introduce myself and share a little bit about what I do.
I've been practicing massage therapy (a multitude of modalities) for the last 22 years, CranioSacral therapy for about the last 10 and my newest(ish) healing modality that I bring to my clients is Crystal Therapy. My passion (& specialty) is working with mamas to be & new mommies. I love helping them feel seen, heard AND as comfortable as humanly possible, as they make one (if not the most) transformational journey of their lives.... Motherhood. I myself am a Mama to 2 wonderful girls, so I too, am on the journey and know what a rollercoaster it can be! I have also really been enjoying working with babies top side through birth trauma, latch issues & tummy troubles.
Each session with me starts off with a consultation so I know where YOU are: emotionally, mentally & physically, so I can help you the best I can with the gifts I have to share. What are your goals for this particular session?... What are you working towards?... How do you want to feel when you leave? I then put my 22 years of knowledge & experience to work for YOU! No 2 sessions are the same because you will never come in, in the same exact state twice. I end each session going over your time on the table with you, and have been known to recommend different self care techniques that I feel will aid in your healing process. Self care is health care & you can believe that I practice what I preach!
When not at work, you can find me spending every minute I can with my family. Reading, baking & cooking, being outside doing Qi Gong and just relaxing, listening to music are amazing ways to spend time to me 😍 #412

Is it Summer already???

From June 13 - September 1st I will be adjusting my work schedule to be with my kiddos. I'll be back to Tuesdays and Thursdays before you know it!

In the meantime- don't forget to make time for your self care! There's still plenty of time to get in =)
