For some clients who don't know me very well, I moved from Hong Kong to the US 14 years ago, and my family is in Hong Kong and China. In the past year, I've been contemplating starting an online business that allows me to travel and be close to my family. An Ayurvedic Facial is a Holistic Treatment that involves isolating the Marma points and massaging them in a specific way. Using warm Grapeseed or Sesame oil and Kansa Wand (A healing massage tool from Indian) to massage the Marmas. Marmas are manipulated to improve the flow of energy through the Nadis (channel) and rejuvenate the skin. I absolutely LOVE this treatment.

💚Exfoliate. Once or twice a week. It depends on your skin type. I recommend using a gentle exfoliator that contains natural ingredients and fruit enzymes.

💛Topical treatments: Retnoids, Salicylic acid, or Niacinamide. Consult with your experienced esthetician or dermatologist first.

💚Sun protection: Using SPF 30 that's made of Zinc Oxide. Better for your health, skin, and for our mother earth.

💛Regular Hydration: Drink at least 8 cups of water daily. I recommend drinking filtered water or spring water. Never drink tap water. Also, choose the right face moisturizer for your skin.
