one thing i realized after teaching lash artists all over the country this past year is that so many of us struggle with the business side of being a lash artist.

boundaries.
policies.
late cancellations.
clients pushing the rules.
the guilt that comes with enforcing them.🙃

so as i start my lash business over from scratch, i thought it would be fun to bring you guys along and share exactly how i’m building it this time around! 🥰

in this video we’re catching up on life, where i’ve been these last few months, and then diving into the business policies that have helped me create healthier boundaries, happier clients, and a business i actually enjoy running.

after a lot of reflection, i’ve made the decision to step away from lash apothecary.

this was not an easy decision, but it was the right one for me.

the last two years have challenged me in ways i never expected. i’ve had the privilege of traveling across the country teaching hundreds of lash artists, developing curriculum, building educational programs, and helping shape some incredible projects from the ground up.

those experiences pushed me outside of my comfort zone and ultimately helped me become a stronger educator than i ever imagined i could be. 🥹 for that, i’m genuinely grateful.

i’m proud of the work i contributed, the students i’ve met along the way, and the impact we’ve made together.

most importantly, this decision was my own. i’m choosing to move in a direction that better aligns with my long-term goals and the kind of career and life i want to build for myself.

i still believe deeply in the power of science-backed education and i’m more excited than ever for what comes next.

this isn’t the end of my journey... it’s the beginning of a new chapter.

i’ll be focusing on rebuilding my own business, creating educational resources, and continuing to share everything i’ve learned with this amazing industry.
