♥️Had to take a new client from what I like to call ketchup & mustard hair to this. 😊 This was a total color correction. People should keep in mind that not everybody that has a license is qualified to color hair, just like every driver is not a race car champion 🏎️.😂🤷‍♀️There's a reason I don’t do updos. It's not something I specialize in plus nobody would like the end result😂 Going to a color specialist can save clients frustration by avoiding botched jobs which often need double/triple the work done just to correct.
Investing time & money upfront with someone experienced saves frustration & helps to avoiding botched jobs which often need double/triple the work which is why I charge so much for color corrections. Dont get me wrong, I make great money off those color corrections, but a lot of times it can be damaging to the hair and sometimes it is already too damaged to fix. Nobody wants that. 💇🏼‍♀️♥️😊

To all my beautiful clients, I want to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude for each and every one of you. It's an honor to have you as clients, but more importantly I feel blessed as many of you have also become friends. 😊♥️ Now, let's get down to business! After 16 years of doing hair, with 9 of those years as a dedicated owner, I've come to realize that having a cancellation policy in place is crucial for the success of my business. Excessive last-minute cancellations affect not only myself & my income, but it also affects my other clients that are booked that same day, as well as any clients wanting a sooner appointment that I couldn't accomadate because I am fully booked. I understand better than anyone that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why I've never felt the need to put a policy in place. However, it's essential to maintain a mutually respectful relationship between us. Therefore, I've decided to implement a non-refundable 30% of service cost deposit for any client who has had excessive cancellations (three times or more within 1 calendar year). Don't worry; this policy WILL NOT affect anyone who doesn't & hasn't consistently cancelled appointments. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill, and if you need to cancel and do so within the 48 hour time frame, it will carry over to your next appointment time. I am just completely saddened by what is going on in Israel. My heart breaks and goes out to all of them. Not only for the Israeli Jewish people, but for all of the innocent Palestinian people caught in the middle of this as well. A lot of innocent people on both sides are being murdered. All in the name of G-d??I think not!! We need to all take a moment and reflect on how blessed we are to not live in the middle of that. I cant even imagine living life like this. So many parents, children, spouses, siblings grieving tonight over the loss of their loved ones. Please take time to pray for them. They all need our prayers right now. ✡️🇮🇱
