The only thing that keeps you from magic is your refusal to believe that it exist.
Oh, and everything you aligned and agreed with resisted and reacted to about this reality being true.
If you are going to do (and be) magic, here’s the thing, you have to be willing to VIBRATE beyond those who don’t know magic exists and who don’t believe in it.

You have to be willing too VIBRATE at a different rate. As in, “MAGIC EXISTS! AND I AM IT”

WHAT IS ENERGY?

Have you ever given someone a hug and felt like you could stand there forever… melting… falling into the person you are hugging…? And, by contrast, have you ever given someone a hug where it felt like hugging a rock on legs?

Are those two experiences different ? Then you know what I mean when I talk about energy. Those are two totally different energetic experiences , two totally different “energies”.

It is that simple.

IPOV - INTERESTING POINT OF VIEW

The point of view take is always your choice.
Changing it to something different because it works better for you is also your choice
You don’t ever have to be stuck with the point of view you currently have - about anything

You have to first CHOOSE to function from interesting point of view, even if you don’t think you know how. Then, for every point of view you have, either positive or negative, you can say tom yourself, “Interesting Point of view I have that point of view” even if you don’t believe it.
Then wait a moment, see how the point of view changes, and then say again to yourself, “Interesting point of view I have that point of view”.

Would you be willing to use your new best friend, just try it out? If so, for every point of view you have, just say: That’s just an IPOV” until you don’t have a point of view anymore. You will begin to know how easy it can be to change even your own point of view, which are very seldom “interesting' to you.

If you were to do nothing else other than this exercise for every point of view topic have for six months, your ENTIRE LIFE would change. Literally:

Body Process

The body process which are presented here may appear simple. They are. Everyone has the capacity to heal themselves and others, without the need for advanced degrees or training.
All it requires is a willingness to be present, to touch bodies, and to receive the feedback from the body you are working on. How does it get better than that?
What all of these process have in common is that they are energetic. They work with the energy of the bodies and the beings. Just as you can run bars with different people and clear different things, these processes unlock, change and activate more dynamically. Once you have experienced these energies, your body will know them and will know to turn them on when require.
