I’m feeling oh so grateful for no signs of recurrence❤️❤️❤️

I’m back in for my one year out PET scan to confirm that everything is still all clear.

My head knows that everything will likely be fine. All checks up to this point have been clean.

My body, on the other hand, is not so sure. I feel the anxiety in body and it didn’t want to get out of the car in the ramp this morning.

I’m letting myself honor both and wondering why this department must be called Nuclear Medicine (it sounds so intense🤣).

Giving back makes my ❤️ happy.

Today, and every first Thursday of the month, I got to share Reiki with others affected by cancer .
