It is that time of year again when many people make a vow to get more fit and healthy...like go on a diet or start an exercise routine.
But not everyone achieves their goals or if they do, they soon "yo-yo" back to their former habits.
I used to be overweight and unhealthy, but I found a way that helped me lose the weight, keep it off, and improve my health!
There are many plans out there but not all of them are healthy or help you to keep the weight off. So if you are contemplating starting a diet or exercise program, I would like to share with you what worked for me.
