REMINDER:
If deposits are not paid within 48 hours of booking your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are to ensure that I am paid for my time in the event that the client no call, no shows or cancels without giving at least a 24 hour notice. Paperwork is sent to every client that goes over this information as long as you give me more than a 24 hour notice the deposit is 100% refundable/transferable. So please be deposit ready when booking your appointments.

Important Policy Update (Effective January 1, 2025):
1. Deposits: A deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking your appointment. If not received, the appointment will be cancelled.
2. Lash Fills: To qualify as a lash fill:
• You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining at the time of your appointment.
• Appointments scheduled beyond 4 weeks from your last session will automatically be considered a full set.

Please note: If appointments are not scheduled accordingly (e.g., booking a lash fill instead of a full set), you may risk having your appointment rescheduled due to inadequate time.
