My esthetics business is growing quickly, and I’m looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive assistant to help manage the behind-the-scenes operations so I can focus fully on my clients 🤍

📍 Location: Port Charlotte, Fl
🕒 Part-Time (10–15 hrs/week)

This role is primarily administrative + marketing focused.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to client messages, DMs, and inquiries
• Assisting with social media posting and content organization
• Creating simple graphics and posts in Canva
• Helping track inventory and supplies
• Supporting backend business organization
• Occasional light studio upkeep

Looking for someone who is:
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Proficient in Canva and social media
✔ Comfortable communicating professionally with clients
✔ Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
✔ Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
✔ Interested in beauty, skincare, or small business growth

It honestly feels surreal saying that Nourish is one year old. It feels like just yesterday I took the leap of faith and opened my own business, scared, excited, and praying it would all work out. From the time I was a teenager, I knew that helping others feel confident in their skin and creating a space where everyone feels welcome was my dream. Now I get to live that every single day, and it still blows my mind. 🥲

To everyone who’s supported me, friends, family, clients, strangers who turned into loyal customers, and even my quiet supporters, thank you. You have no idea how much your love, trust, and encouragement mean to me. I never take a single bit of it for granted. 🫶🏼
