K-tips seem to be the New new! However the method has been around for years. This was the first method I was certified to do in the early 2000’s. While the method has been around techniques and products have evolved. Benefit to K-tip . 360 movement. Customization of weight per tip to better match the client density and texture. Can be installed higher that the wefts. Great for building stronger hair lines and filling in sparse areas. 3 month ware without maintenance. Can be re-tiped for another 3 month ware. Suitable for all hair types. Disadvantages cost typically to get the same density as a wefts you need more hair. The installation and re-tiping are a hourly rate compared to a flat fee. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. I don’t know who locally did this to this woman but you should be ashamed of yourself.
The damage you did to her hair was incredible. Clients was told 6 week push up. At that point all these bead among 2 rows was pushed up creating breakage and matting. 6 weeks later she is here look for a solution to her fine hair.
