✅Position Overview
We’re looking for a polished, dependable, and personable team member to serve as the face of the shop. This is a hybrid role combining bartender, front desk coordinator, and shop assistant responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

🗒️Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere
- Offer and serve complimentary beverages (beer, whiskey, etc.) responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment

Bartending
- Prepare and serve simple alcoholic drinks in accordance with company standards
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service
- Keep bar area stocked, clean, and presentable

Front Desk / Cashier
- Check clients in and out using booking/POS system
- Handle payments, tips, and retail transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling

Shop Support / Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the shop (floors, stations, restrooms, bar area)
- Assist barbers with towel prep, sanitation, and general upkeep
- Restock supplies as needed

✍🏼Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working around alcohol (must meet legal serving age requirements)
