Thousands of beauty professionals. Hundreds of brands. Over 700 classes. Endless opportunities.

Premiere Orlando is where innovation, education, and community collide under one roof.

From packed classrooms and live demonstrations to walking the exhibit floor and connecting with industry leaders, every corner was filled with inspiration.

One thing is certain: the beauty industry isn't standing still, and neither am I.

Grateful to be in the room, sharpening my skills and bringing back fresh ideas to better serve my clients.

All glory to God for the opportunity.

I'm still processing everything from Premiere Orlando 2026.

This year wasn't just about products, classes, or trends. It was about connections. God placed me in rooms with founders, CEOs, educators, and industry leaders I have admired for years. Some were people I had followed from a distance, while others were connections that God allowed me to build on in person.

It's a reminder that when you're walking in purpose, God has a way of placing the right people in your path at the right time. The relationships, conversations, and wisdom shared this weekend were priceless.
I'm grateful for every opportunity, every conversation, and every open door.

All glory belongs to God. What He has for you, He knows exactly how to bring it to you.

One year later and this transformation is such a beautiful reminder that healthy hair is possible with the right care and approach.

When she first came to me, her hair was weak, breaking, unhealthy, and struggling to retain length. Today, her hair is stronger, healthier, fuller, and she has retained so much length while maintaining healthy hair and a healthy scalp through smoothing treatments and intentional hair care.

Hair health always comes first over just styling, and seeing results like this is such a win. I'm not your typical stylist, I'm a Hair Restoration Specialist!

Your hair can only thrive from the foundation it grows from: your scalp.

A lot of people think scalp treatments are only for dandruff, hair loss, or severe scalp issues, but that is not true. Even clients with “normal” scalps often have hidden buildup, congestion, dryness, irritation, or imbalance that can affect hair growth, moisture retention, shine, and overall hair health.

When I perform a scalp analysis, I commonly see things clients cannot see on their own:
• dead skin cell buildup
• clogged follicles from oils and styling products
• excessive product residue
• scalp congestion
• dryness and flaking
• inflammation or irritation
• excess oil production
• poor scalp circulation
• areas of thinning or stress on the follicles

Just like your face needs exfoliation and proper care, your scalp does too. If buildup is sitting on the scalp, it can block follicles, create itching, cause odor, slow healthy growth, and prevent treatments or products from working properly.

Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. When the scalp is cleansed, balanced, and nourished, hair has a better environment to grow stronger, fuller, softer, and healthier. That is why scalp treatments are now a required part of my services. We are no longer just styling hair. We are caring for the foundation first.

If you have been wondering why your hair feels dry, stagnant, shedding more, not growing, or hard to manage, your scalp may be the missing piece. Inner Core Beauty focuses on real hair health, not just temporary results.

Your hair doesn’t have to be “perfect” to begin the process. It just has to be ready for change.

This client came in with hair that needed support, not just styling. The focus wasn’t to mask the condition, but to correct what was happening at the foundation.
We went in with a smoothing treatment to help realign the cuticle, reduce frizz, and restore manageability. Followed with a precision cut to remove compromised ends and create a clean, healthy shape.

Now her hair is in a position to actually receive moisture, retain length, and respond better to care moving forward. This is what intentional hair care looks like. Not a quick fix, but a reset.

She’s now on the right path toward a healthier scalp and stronger, more manageable hair.
If your hair has been feeling off, breaking, or not responding the way it used to, it may be time to shift from styling to treatment.

There are moments in this space that go beyond hair, beyond services, and beyond business. When a client feels led to pray over you and your hands, that is something sacred. This is more than what I do, this is my calling. I don’t take it lightly when God allows me to serve and be poured into at the same time, because sometimes the chair becomes an altar. I’m truly grateful for every woman God sends to my chair, not just for the service, but for the connection, the covering, and the love. This is Inner Core Beauty.

About time! This absolutely needs to happen in Florida too. After graduating cosmetology school, I had to invest in additional classes just to truly learn how to care for our hair from experienced stylists who specialize in natural hair. Most of what I knew at the time came from YouTube, and that simply was not enough.

The section on African American hair in the Milady textbooks is extremely limited and focuses mainly on braids and weaves, not true hair care. That is a disservice to African Americans and other ethnicities in the beauty industry.

I am so glad to see New York taking this step. May this continue to spread across the nation.

( ) — New York has ordered cosmetology and hairstyling schools to include training on kinky, coily, and curly hair care in their curriculum.

Schools are required to implement the updated training by Sept, aiming to better prepare stylists to work with different hair textures.

She didn’t grow her hair by chance.

In 12 months, she gained 6 inches of real, retained growth. Not just growth… retention.

Her hair is healthier. Stronger. And finally thriving.

This is what happens when you stop guessing and follow a proven system.
