What are Ombre powder brows ? 😲 They are a permanent make up treatment that is used by a tattoo machine. It creates a more shaded effect like when you get your makeup done professionally or when you use a henna powder brow or pencil to fill in your brow at home, rather than the crisp hair strokes that are often associated with microblading. They last for around 1 – 3 years, but I have seen clients that has the treatment last for over 10 years with slight fading. As with any permanent make up treatment, the time it lasts can depend on a number of factors, including skin type, your skincare routine and how well you followed the aftercare guidance. Touch ups aren’t mandatory but they depend on how pigmented you desire your brows to look. Now what’s the pain level? If you’ve ever gotten a tattoo before then the first 10-15 minutes feels exactly the same when I first outline your brows. Then there’s a “dry scratching” thing that I do for about 30 seconds a brow so I can apply the numbing gel, and after that, you won’t feel anything and my first model fell asleep 😴 😂 Before tattooing the brow I draw your brows so we can accomplish a desired look together 💕
