Today was a hard day we said our good byes to this beautiful soul . The most positive loving lady that I had the honor to train for a couple years … she was fighting cancer for years but kept going at it as like nothing was wrong with her so positive and determined loved to workout even on her worst days such an inspiration… she now will be lunging with no pain .. her strength, dedication, and positive spirit inspired everyone who knew her she will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, Jan🕊️💪

When you take some days off the gym everyone goes wild they look way to happy without me 😂 I guess I need to leave more often lol

There is definitely no excuses to working out she is the cutest almost 9 months pregnant and the top looks a little different but still looking great 💪🏻

First workout of the week 🤷🏼‍♀️ even I struggle with motivation sometimes I have been struggling all week but just shake it off and do it even if it’s on a cloudy Thursday push it and get it done 💪🏻

Opening 2 new training slots 5:45pm have 2 spots left and 5:45am have 4 message me if interested or need more information ❤️

These 2 ladies are the best they show up and do there workout with no complaints always so positive I truly have learned allot from them and my attitude towards life …
