Dear clients,
I'm sure some have noticed the name change on all social media. This public name change is something I don't take lightly. Most of all my clients know ( I'm not that secret about it) I'm am a non binary, trans masculine person. As of lately my previous name (Jess) has been giving me extreme anxiety and simple just doesn't fit me as a person anymore.
So I thought I'd take a moment and re introduce my self.
Hi my name is Oliver. I'm a master stylist at the salon by instyle, inside JCPenney. At the Washington square Mall. Healthy hair is my passion as well as finding a style that make you, you! I'm a non-binary trans person my pronouns are They and He. Behind the chair I strive for everyone to love themselves and feel safe. I try to practice inclusivity and identity awareness in every day life. Every one is welcome. I'm also as honest as I can be when I comes to hair I will be the 1st one to tell I can't do something.
I hope to see you in my chair weather its a new color or a new cut, or even learning to be a better alli to the transgender and LGBTQIA communities.
