Adventures in Hairdressing

We had such an amazing time launching our candles at the Sherwood Robin Hood Festival and doing the Maid Marion Court's hair. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
At the end of July we will be officially be handing "Hair Aid USA" back to Hair Aid Inc. They are making some exciting moves to really grow the brand across the country and while we don't have the time or capacity to facilitate this ourselves, I know they have a team that can. We will now be working under the name of "Adventures in Hairdressing" going forward. We will still support Hair Aid in our own way while focusing on supporting our local communities.

We are so excited to see how both organizations grow.

We work hard, and we play hard. It's a delicate mix of focused training with humor and relationship building mixed in. The two ladies are masters of the dance.

A HUGE thank you to the Sherwood YMCA for promoting and hosting our community cuts event today. Tatiana and Kiah knocked out 12 haircuts on 2 hours and had a blast doing it.

We donated time and skill to the Robinhood Festival Sherwood Oregon gettinpg the Maid Marian court ready for the feast today. Giving back to the communities that support us is something we're extremely passionate about.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU.....
On Hair Aid projects, Saturday is the day most of us arrive on project. Stylists from all over the world meeting for the first time for the same mission....... To change the world one haircut at a time. We had know each other for less that 24hrs and were bonding through a ukulele class. It's experiences like this that bring a team truly together in a short period of time.

HAPPY NATIONAL PIE DAY!!
OK!!! I know its not a pie, but it is delicious! If you're not familiar with it, this is a Halo Halo dessert. I got to try my first one on the Cebu Philippines project back in September. If you're looking for a sweet, give this a try. Better yet, join us on our next Philippines project in Manilla in June 2025. Don't forget the Ube ice cream!!!

Meet one of our amazing volunteers who’s helping us make a difference!🦸‍♀️ This is Lisha, owner of Radical Rubies a fine salon in McMinnville Oregon. Lisha and her staff have always been tremendous supporters of Hair Aid USA. From volunteering on local Community Cuts Events to donating their salon to host Taste of Style, our fantasy hairstyling event. She constantly shows her commitment to her community. We are eternally grateful for her continued support.
