This year, together, we made a real impact 🌿

Through our partnership with , Salon Lavender helped keep 254.5 pounds of beauty waste out of landfills and waterways in 2025.

That includes:
• 218.5 lbs of solid waste
• 36.0 lbs of liquid waste

And collectively, Green Circle salons diverted over 1.1 million pounds of waste this year.

Every color, every service, every visit adds up to something bigger than just great hair. It’s about caring for our community, our environment, and the future we’re all part of.

What started as a vision has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Over the past 8 years, we have built more than a salon. We have built a space for connection, creativity, and care.

To our incredible team, past and present, thank you for bringing your artistry, heart, and energy into these walls every single day. You are what make Lavender what it is.

Spring is a reset.

The equinox marks a moment of balance, equal light, equal dark, and from here everything begins to grow again.

Our hair follows its own natural cycle of rest, shed, and renewal. After the slower months of winter it is common to notice more movement, new growth coming in, old strands releasing, a subtle shift in texture and energy.

This is the season to support that transition.
To nourish the scalp.
To refresh your shape.
To let go of what has been sitting heavy.

Growth does not have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Sometimes it looks like a small change, a softer edge, a little more light.

Meet Ari ✨

Creative color and textured cuts are what inspire her most behind the chair. Ari loves approaching color like art, customizing every look to the individual in her chair. Blondes, reds, and vibrant fashion colors are some of her favorites, while her haircutting style leans toward lived-in, textured shapes.

Ari became a stylist because she loves connecting with people and making a positive impact through beauty. Her work blends two of her biggest passions, creativity and working closely with others.

When it comes to hair transformations, Ari loves the beauty of contrast. On one end, she enjoys enhancing someone’s natural color creating hair that feels soft, organic, and effortlessly lived-in. On the other, she loves bold creative moments, working with vibrant fashion colors and turning hair into artwork you can wear.

Her goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and judgment-free. In her chair you can always expect great conversation, plenty of laughs, and a killer shampoo.
