Techniques actively engage students with their stance, hip-gait, pelvic-angle, foot-usage, manner of gesturing, breathing rhythm, vision, vocalization, inner-dialog, and attitude. In the process, students learn how to position their bodies for a more healthy lifestyle. Students are given progressively organized techniques to protect their bodily-health and are encouraged not to judge the correctness of their performances. Instead of stressing over the rightness or the wrongness of their actions, students encounter the reality of their present state and begin to form the self-confidence and practical understanding that determines their evolution in the system. Students begin to rely less on idealized aspirations of a 'perfect body' and come into contact with their present necessities. Techniques include:
