Lifelong wellness is a clinic in SE Portland where people can come to have injuries and chronic tension taken care of.
We base our practices on self-care for our therapists and clients. Dana is a massage therapist who enjoys working with people who have tension, pain, or an injury and who want help creating sustained positive change.
