Did you know?

1 in every 5 children are experiencing hunger. That concerns me to the point I am committing to donating a portion of all my earnings as a personal trainer towards resolving this growing problem. First and foremost, I want to apologize to all of my followers. It has been a hectic past couple of months. From welcoming my newest son, work, to the holidays. Workout lasted a bit longer than usual. I must admit, I wasn't thrilled about it but pushed through and got it done! Here's what my leg session looked like:
Squat
10(reps) x 10(sets) = 100 reps
Seated Calf Raises
10(reps) x 10(sets) = 100 reps
Seated Leg Curl
10(reps) x 10(sets) = 100 reps
