Taking breaks when you need time to heal or rest has a measurable impact on your mental and physical health. 2022 was just another loop in the rollercoaster that is my life, and baby - I couldn’t do the socializing at ALL! 😂

Here’s me enjoying a break during the chaotic near-month I spent in Dallas, TX with my 3 week old niece Windsor. Rebuilding relationships with my family will be a lifelong climb, and I am so grateful for that opportunity.
