For real. If you do not love doing hair, you will get frustrated, tired, burned out etc. I be hearing funny stories about Braiders not showing up for their own appointments or coming up with lame excuses why they can’t do their client’s hair, not being professional, understanding or considerate of their clients. If money is your motivation then this is not the career for you. The money is there no doubt but passion is the fuel you need to drive it and stay booked. Your client can feel your energy- if you hate what you do, they will soon stop booking. Nobody wants to feel like they begging you to do your job. I yes either you are 💯% in it or not. You say you do hair but you can only work with one texture or a certain length etc and can only do 2 styles. Honey, it’s time you found your calling and doing hair ain’t it.
