I have been asked on many occasions why I do not offer more Soy Wax candle options….short story short 👉🏾 Soy is Complicated.
I’m pulling back the curtain on soy wax today! 🕯️

In making candles for close to 4 years now, I still fight with Soy and always lose 😂 (except in photo 1 👌🏾) It’s one of the most beautiful natural waxes to burn, but it can be a little temperamental when it comes to appearances upon solidifying. That bumpy top is actually a tell-tale sign of a natural, 100% soy candle! This “rough” texture is just the soy crystalizing as it cools—it’s completely normal and safe. Sometimes during the chemical process to create Soy wax, the end result on the makers end (me) is that perfectly smooth, pristine top you might see with other waxes…..will not always be there (see photo 2) You might also notice it re-hardens with a bumpy, pitted, or “cratered” surface after a few uses. This is typical of Soy wax. This is purely aesthetic. I promise it will still burn cleanly and safely, and the incredible high scent throw you expect from me won’t be affected one bit. Don’t worry about the bumps—just light it up and enjoy the aroma! ✨

In short, a lumpy surface has zero impact on your candle’s performance.
It will still:
* ✅ Burn safely and cleanly.
* ✅ Deliver a strong, beautiful scent throw.
* ✅ Elevate the astethic in any room

These beauties might have a few quirks that didn’t meet my perfectionist standards (maybe a slightly off-center wick or a tiny surface imperfection). But I promise, they’re still highly fragrant with some of my faves fragrances and burn just as safely. It’s all the cozy vibes, at a happy little discount!
