Big news as we head into 2025: I’m officially part of the Flōte family! 🌊✨ While I’ll no longer be offering services at SG Bodyworks in Rollinsford, I’m bringing the same energy, care, and intention into a true healing sanctuary at Flōte in Hampton and Portsmouth, NH.

Flōte is all about creating space to relax, recharge, and reset, with amenities like:
💆‍♀️ Massage therapy (you’ll still find me here!)

🌊 Float therapy
❄️ ❤️‍🔥Contrast therapy (Hampton only)
