**Location:** Smithfield Area

**Position:** PCA/CNA

**Hours:** 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM,
3:00 PM to 11:00PM 5 days a week

**Job Description:**

As a PCA/CNA in our Smithfield area team, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with activities of daily living.
- Monitoring and documenting client health and well-being.
- Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
- Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver the best care possible.

**Qualifications:**

To be a successful candidate, you should have:

- Certification as a PCA or CNA.
- Compassion and empathy for those in your care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
