✨ It’s officially walking season 😆. If you’re new here, you might not know just how much I live for this.

I started walking as my main wellness practice back in 2020 after having my first baby. With gyms closed and my body still healing, I wasn’t ready to “tough it out” in a group class.

Since then, Walking Season (April–October, I completely made this up based on the seasons where I live 😉) has become the cherry on top of my fitness routine.

It picks up right where my workouts leave off. I see a massive difference in my mental clarity, stress levels, and especially debloating/inflammation. There is just something about the fresh air and movement 🍃

I’m inviting you to join me, and yes we’re doing two-a-days. 😬

Nothing outrageous, just bumping up the routine. I usually walk 3–5 days a week (gym, tread, outdoors if weather permits) but during walking season, I turn those into “Double Walk” days that look like this:

The AM Wake-up: A 15–20 minute stroll (treadmill or neighborhood) right after school drop-off, with my coffee 😅☕️☀️

The PM Boost: A 3-mile or 45 min walk later in the day after an iced tea or matcha 🍵🧋.

Looking forward to seeing you out there, mamas! Who’s in? 👀

✨Taking it one day at a time, and totally blown away by the thought that these days add up to what they’ll one day reflect upon as their childhood. Parenting is such a wild and beautiful journey. 🫶🏽

🤔💭 Has dilly dallying become a lost art? I feel like I need to see more of us doing nothing. Not all the time because, apparently, we’re the adults now, but just enough to reclaim our time, and reset our relationship with productivity.

Choose a day, a block of time. Take yourself somewhere cute or inspiring and just be there. Follow your whimsy. Get a little lost. Have no goal attached to the adventure. Just be with yourself.

Dilly dallying is healing, friend. It gives you back the one thing you may be losing in the hustle of it all: your peace. ✨🙏🏽

✨So glad to be (her)e.

To the mamas stepping into their 2.0 version: we’re making space for everything that brought us here while opening our hearts to what’s next. Integrating, blooming, and moving forward together. 🫶🏽

Evolution looks good on you 😘

✨I’m a mom, of course I’m tired. But I refuse to make it my entire personality. ☕️

For a long time, I’ll admit, I fell into the trap. I let “exhausted” become my personal brand, my bio, and my primary conversation starter.

But I realized that by constantly telling myself (and the internet) how drained I was, I was just looping the same cycle. I was stuck in a “tired mom” loophole with no exit sign. 🌀

💡Then it hit me: If I can show up for everyone else while I’m tired, I can absolutely show up for myself while I’m tired.

I decided to stop internalizing and identifying with the burnout and start finding the woman beneath the chaos again. I became focused on breaking free of this narrative I’d built around myself.

And, no, shifting my mindset obviously didn’t magically give me eight hours of sleep, but I felt like it gave me a brand new lease on life. 🤗✨

There is still space for me in this season. I’m reclaiming my spark, finding my joy, and honestly? I feel like I’m just getting started.

If you’re a mama in the tired trenches, I’m there with you and here to remind you that you can be tired and still remember yourself (yes, even when it feels like you can hardly remember what day it is). You matter, mama 🫶🏽
