On my way to NYC🍎! I am so excited for the Esthetics trade show that I never got the opportunity to go to in 2020, bc right when my plane landed (with a broken foot that I broke 2 days before might I add😆) they announced the show was canceled and shortly after the whole works shut down 🙈. I did still get to see moulan rouge in 2020 so it wasn’t a total loss!
I have my red light handheld for the long plane ride to help my neck relax and keep my ATP pumping and adding that good circulation to my body. Btw, ATP is everything in our body and skin! It is our cellular energy battery, which is like the battery that goes in a Tesla to keep it running. Red light helps our bodies stay mobile and helps to oxygenate with the ATP. If you don’t have a cool light stim hand held device you can stimulate ATP by your BREATH 🌬️. Keep breathing!!! I coach clients when they are on my table throughout their skincare treatments to keep breathing bc it helps to oxygenate the fascia and muscles which helps me with sculpting the face, and releasing tension which can be a result of built up emotions or memories that can be stored in our bodies which will affect the way your face takes shape. The body is such an amazing cool connected system. It all works together and what Ive learned through 15 years of practicing what I do is that the quote “the face never lies” is very true. The face is a window into seeing what the whole body, mind and spirit is telling you. ❤️

My handheld for pain is my neck and back pains best friend ❤️. It’s sturdy enough you can lay on it, stick it in places like your sports bra or pants when you are working on something in one place like at your desk to give you pain relief. There’s also a belt that’s amazing but this hand held is so quick and easy to plug in I love it. First time bringing on the plane with me since they have plug outlets and I will never travel without it now! ✈️
