My hands may rest gently on your head, shoulders, chest, back, or feet while we slow down and allow your body to speak in its own language.
I’m not taking your energy.
I’m not giving you anything.
I’m simply present with you.
Together we create space for whatever naturally wants to arise. Sensations, emotions, memories, stillness, warmth, tingling, colors, words, images, or nothing at all.
You might notice thoughts or emotions surfacing.
or you might simply experience deep rest.
There is nothing you need to force, perform, or figure out.
You are always welcome to share what comes up, but you never have to.

PSA: Effective glute work doesn’t have to mean digging into people’s booties with your elbow! Clients often respond better to broad, intentional pressure using palms, forearms, or supported fists. This can be just as therapeutic while feeling safer, more comfortable, and more relaxing for the person on the table.

As I switch my scheduling system from Square to Vagaro please expect some bumps along the way. I am doing my best!
