Starting November 1st, the following new booking policies will apply (no exceptions) :

✅ $25 deposit is mandatory to secure appointments
⏰ 15-minute grace period max
💸 $25 late fee after 20 minutes
❌ Appointment canceled after 25 minutes
🚫 No-shows = permanently blocked from booking
📅 Same-day cancellations = loss of deposit to reschedule
💦 Arrive with clean, detangled hair unless stated otherwise
❌ No Sunday bookings
