First day back behind the chair took me way too long 🫣 🫶🏼

MSK-Medullary Sponge Kidney is a rare kidney disease, (disorder) where the kidney appears as a sponge and inside the tubes can form fluid filled cysts and collect urine which leads to reoccurring kidney stones and infections.
The exact cause is unknown and there is no cure. The prognosis is long term chronic pain and reoccurring stones. No matter how healthy I eat, how much water I drink, how “good” I do, it will always be there. It’s very frustrating. I would like to thank my clients who are flexible and understanding with how inconsistent it can be for me. My last surgery was in April 2025- that’s a huge blessing! Currently passing a couple stones but the biggest is 11mm so I am currently awaiting surgery. 🙏🏻 Until then I may have to reschedule or cancel appointments.
