Sometimes the Lord uses the rough patches to remind us exactly how blessed we are. And I'm her to tell you we are BLESSED at LUX. This week a tenant left on not so great terms. Within 2 hrs of advising them we'd completed the final inspection and found some of our property damaged, negative reviews started showing up on our Google profile. Check it out. Hateful and false. All because someone didn't want to take accountability. And yes, the race card was played. So sad. Because some folks will be embarassed. Some folks will say 'See! There it is.'. Divisive. Just sorry our community of professionals got pulled into this.

Now, we have amazing diversity at LUX. Gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, age. Yep we got that. Anyone that's been to LUX would see it walking around. I'd love for the folks to meet our Property Manager then explain their review of management. The disheartening part? The goal was to discourage folks from leasing from us but these negative reviews actually hurt the pros the prior tenant used to work with more! Our pros depend on our reputation. But the outpouring of texts, calls and stop by convos with those same pros saying what a great job our team is doing has only affirmed we're getting a lot of things right. The way folks have rallied is proof all of us at LUX are rich beyond measure! Just blessed to be working with so many amazing people. If you haven't been to LUX, please stop by and experience it for yourself. Then let us know with a review. A real review based on real experience. We'd appreciate it! I know our pros would.
