World Psoriasis Day ❤️‍🩹

I don’t post myself much on my actual page but a day like today I’m proud to show myself off and how I refuse to let my condition stop me from looking, feeling and being my best self. It’s been 5 years since I was diagnosed with this autoimmune disease and it hasn’t gotten any easier but I’ve learned to take care and love myself deeper and it’s the best lesson I didn’t even know I needed. Navigating something like this is really difficult and I often put on a brave face but it’s not always that easy. Sharing this for the folks on here who deal with skin conditions that make them feel insecure and reminding you that you are not your condition. Also, I need to mention how grateful I am for my tribe of soul sisters, family and friends who continue to remind me of my beauty and my power. I truly didn’t get this far in my journey alone. I hope my fellow psoriasis warriors feel inclined to share pics of themselves regardless of your state of flare ups! Today is our day to shine ✨
