Dear Valued Clients,
As of November 1st, we will be implementing a few updated policies to better serve you and ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone. These changes are designed to help us maintain the highest level of service and respect everyone’s time.
New Policies:
• Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee, which will be applied to your next visit.
• No-Show Policy:
A no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service or $50 depending on normal service price will be charged before and must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
• Late Policy:
If you are running late, please call ahead. We may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of service is maintained. Late arrivals may also be subject to a late fee.

We look forward to this new chapter with all of you. We truly value each of our clients and team members. As our business continues to grow, it’s important that we have policies in place to ensure every guest receives the exceptional J Meraki experience.
