I’ve done the same. And honestly? It never felt right either. No one judges you harder than yourself, and for the longest time, I was my own harshest critic.

I’ve lived in 47 states and three countries. I’ve raised two kids. I started a wildly successful business. I’ve been divorced. And all of that—before I even turned 35. I’ve carried the weight of my body, the weight of heartbreak, the weight of expectations I didn’t even ask for. I’ve been 300 pounds, unhappy, stuck in a life that felt like someone else’s. I judged myself, doubted myself, and sometimes… I felt invisible.

But then I started choosing me. I started saying yes to growth, to adventure, to freedom. I started letting go of the people and situations that weren’t meant for me. And slowly, the world started opening up.

Now? Now I’m boating in bikinis. I’m chasing sunsets. I’m laughing with incredible friends. I’m traveling, building, thriving, and loving every single inch of this life I created. I’m stronger, sexier, freer, and more alive than I’ve ever been. Every heartbreak, every “no,” every setback… it taught me how to rise higher, how to glow brighter, how to become unstoppable.

So let them. Let them leave. Let them miss out. Let go of what doesn’t serve your growth. If they’re meant to be in your life, they’ll stay. If not, they won’t. And that’s the beauty—because letting go makes space for joy, for freedom, for the person you were always meant to become.
