Missed posting this a couple days back but this is what happens when you're waiting for you daughter and in some discomfort!

I use cupping as a secondary to my deep tissue work. First we'll strip you open and if its bad, while working other areas, we can use cups to continue muscle separation. 😁

So last night was a great "Greet n Meet"!
Multiple small businesses getting exposure..
Small hands on doesn't allow me to show much of my talent, but still had several interest. Great people, great time!

I found my specialty in Sports Massage! This includes deep tissue, muscle stripping and stretching with high focus to areas of pain and limitation to range of motion. I will at times use tools such as Cups, Rapid Release for vibration therapy and trigger point tools. I've worked with various types of athletes, to include professional Body Builder/Physique competitors, Cross Fitters, Iron Man and cycling competitors.

I enjoy creating that "Hurt So Good" feeling!

I'm also certified in Advanced Medical Massage. I can and do use this technique mixed with my sports massage. This has helped me give more relief and longer stretches of "Pain Free" or "Comfortable" time to clients. I have worked with multiple clients over the years who have been diagnosed with MS, Scoliosis or have had Spinal and other various bodily injuries.

My mixture of work has also been ideal for people living every day life. From working behind a desk, walking miles at work or running a multi-million dollar company.

I am mobile. So you get front door service in the comfort of your home. I also have a home office for anyone who would prefer that or doesn't have space.
